- 200g block white chocolate
- 6 mini MaltEaster Bunnies
- Speckled Easter eggs
- Mini marshmallows
Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Break the block of white chocolate into pieces and add to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in short bursts until melted, stirring in between.
Once the chocolate has melted, pour it onto the prepared baking tray and gently spread into a rectangle shape with the back of a spoon.
While the chocolate is still melted, evenly top with the MaltEaster bunnies, speckled Easter eggs, mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
Place in the fridge to set. Once set, roughly break the chocolate bark into pieces. Store in the fridge.
