How to make no churn Caramilk ice cream

Before making a start on the ice cream itself, the Caramilk chocolate needs to be melted through the sweetened condensed milk. Do this by breaking up the block of Caramilk and adding it to a small saucepan along with the sweetened condensed milk.

Heat the saucepan over a low heat and stir until the chocolate has just melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined. Set aside to cool completely.

Once the condensed milk mixture has cooled completely, add it to the bowl of a stand mixer along with the thickened cream. Beat using the wire whisk attachment until soft peaks just begin to form. Break up one of the Twirl bars and stir it through the ice cream mixture.
