This recipe makes 1 tablespoon of spice mix, but you can easily double it or more if you need a larger amount.  If Moroccan spice is something you use on a regular basis, you could make a bulk batch of this seasoning so you always have some on hand ready to go.

 

 

What are the ingredients in Moroccan Seasoning

 

There is a good chance you already have the following spice on hand, but if not, they are easily found in the spice aisle of your local supermarket.  To make this seasoning you will need:

 

  • Ground cumin
  • Ground ginger
  • Ground coriander
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Ground allspice

How to make Moroccan Seasoning

 

To make this seasoning, simply add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.  It’s that simple.

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.
