This Malteser Slice is sure to become a new family favourite. It’s a delicious chocolatey slice filled with crushed Maltesers, and topped with even more chocolate.
This slice is so good, it’s sure to be a hit with family and friends. It’s chewy, crunchy and chocolatey, all in one amazing slice. It’s really got everything going for it.
Best of all, it’s a no bake slice. That means it can be whipped up in no time at all, without even having to turn the oven on. Just mix the ingredients together, refrigerate and serve.
How to make Malteser slice
Before getting started on the slice mixture, line a slice tin with baking paper and set aside
Place the biscuits and half of the Maltesers in the bowl of a food processor and process until crushed. How crushed you want them is up to you. I left some chunks of biscuits and Maltesers in mine, but feel free to finely crush both if you prefer. Set aside while you start on the chocolate mixture.
Add the milk chocolate and butter to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined.
Add the crushed biscuits and Maltesers, along with the coconut to the melted chocolate mixture, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the slice mixture to the prepared slice tin and press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Melt the extra milk chocolate in the microwave and spread evenly over the slice. Top with the remaining Maltesers and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the slice from the slice tin, slice and the serve. Store any uneaten slice (if there is any) in an airtight container in the fridge.

- 280g Maltesers
- 250g packet plain biscuits
- 180g milk chocolate
- 100g butter
- 1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 180g milk chocolate, extra
Instructions
- Line a slice tin with baking paper and set aside.
