Why buy salad dressing when it’s so easy to make your own? This creamy pesto dressing is no exception. Just 4 ingredients is all it takes to whip up this delicious dressing for your next salad.
Feel free to use either homemade or store-bought basil pesto for this recipe. I used a pre-made version, but if you have the ingredients to made your own then go for it!
Ways to use this dressing
Creamy Basil Pesto Dressing recipe
- 1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use on salad immediately or place in the fridge until needed.
This dressing will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
