Chocolate Coconut Slice
We here at Bargain Mums love no bake slices, and this Chocolate Coconut Slice is one of our favourites. It’s a great quick and easy staple recipe to have on hand for those times when you need to whip up a dessert in no time.
We have topped our slice with a layer of dark chocolate, but this is completely optional; the slice is just as good without it. Try tweaking the flavour of the slice by instead topping to slice with milk or white chocolate.
Another great way to alter the taste of the slice is to use alternative biscuits; try Tim Tams or Mint Slice. Then, finish the slice of just as we have with a pretty sprinkling of dessicated coconut.
