How to make Caramilk fudge brownies
This recipe is made in two parts, first the Caramilk brownies, then the Caramilk fudge.
To make the Caramilk brownies, first preheat the oven to 160 fan forced and line a slice tin with baking paper. Break up the block of Caramilk chocolate and add to a large microwave safe mixing bowl along with the butter. Microwave in short bursts until melted.
Add the brown sugar and eggs to the melted chocolate mixture and mix until well combined. Add the plain flour and baking powder and mix once again until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared cake tin. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to cool.

Once the brownie has cooled, it’s time to make the Caramilk fudge. Break up the two additional blocks of Caramilk chocolate and add to a microwave safe mixing bowl, along with the tin of sweetened condensed milk and the additional butter.
Microwave in short bursts until the butter and chocolate have melted. Stir until well combined. Pour over the cooled brownie while still in the slice tin, and transfer straight to the fridge. Allow to set completely before slicing and serving.
