Baked Honey Soy Chicken

This baked honey soy chicken takes no time at all to put together, making it a great easy weeknight meal. Add it to your regular meal plan.

This Baked Honey Soy Chicken is a quick and easy weeknight meal that I absolutely love.  It takes no time at all to coat the chicken in a quick marinade, pop it in the oven and let the oven do all the hard work for you.  Prepare a few easy side dishes and before you know it you have dinner on the table.  This meal is part of our 5 night quick and easy meal plan, which you can check out here.

Balancing quick and easy with tasty can be a little challenging, but knowing which ingredients will give your meals a burst of flavour makes it so much easier.  To give this chicken an amazing honey soy flavour with little effort I used Fountain Soy and Honey sauce, which is great used as both a marinade and a dipping sauce.

If you like a little extra kick of flavour, add a tablespoon or two of Fountain Sweet Chilli sauce to the marinade.  If your kids don’t like heat but you do, serve the chicken with the chilli sauce on the side for dipping.
