Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Air fryer corn on the cob is the only way to cook corn cobs. They are sweet, juicy and full of flavour.

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Yield: 4 as a side
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

These air fryer corn cobs are juicy, perfectly cooked and full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Salted butter, for serving

Instructions

  1. Peel the corn cobs and break in half. Add to a mixing bowl along with the olive oil and salt and pepper. Stir until the corn is coated well in the olive oil.
  2. Air fry the corn cobs at 190c (375F) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. Serve immediately with a little butter.

Notes

  • The corn can be sprayed with olive oil rather than drizzled with olive oil if preferred. Be sure to use a spray olive oil that doesn't contain propellant.
  • Check the corn cobs often towards the end of the cooking time, as all air fryer cook slightly differently.
  • For a little extra flavour, sprinkle the corn cobs with your favourite seasoning before air frying.
