4 Ingredient Easy Caramel Fudge

This 4 Ingredient Caramel Fudge is as quick and easy to make as fudge gets, and it tastes delicious!

Fudge is the ultimate quick and easy dessert.  While some fudge recipes can be quite complicated, this 4 Ingredient Easy Caramel Fudge would have to one of the easiest.  This caramel fudge, along with our 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge and Nutella Fudge Brownies, prove that delicious tasting fudge doesn’t have to be difficult to make.

To make the fudge, first of all line a slice tin with baking paper and set aside.  Next, add a tin of sweetened condensed milk, some golden syrup and brown sugar to a medium sized saucepan.  Stir the mixture continuously over a low heat until the mixture begins to darken in colour and thicken, which will take around 5 minutes.  Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Stir a packet of white chocolate drops through the condensed milk mixture until the mixture is smooth and all of the chocolate drops have melted.  Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared slice tin and tap on the bench, use the back of a spoon or your fingers (careful, it could be hot!) to flatten the surface of the fudge.  Place the fudge in the fridge for a few hours to set before slicing into squares and serving.  We drizzled our fudge with a little caramel sauce for the photos but this step is completely optional.  The fudge would also taste amazing sprinkled with some sea salt flakes.
