3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
This 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge is my all time favourite fudge recipe. So often homemade fudges are too sweet or have a dry, grainy texture, but not this fudge! It has the perfect amount of sweetness, it’s perfectly smooth and creamy, but best of all it’s extremely easy to make. All you need is a microwave safe bowl, 3 ingredients and your microwave.
To make the fudge, first prepare a slice tin by lining it with baking paper. The size of the tin doesn’t matter too much, just use whatever you have on hand. Next, add a tin of sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. You can use either smooth or crunchy peanut butter, depending on what you like best. Microwave your ingredients in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until the chocolate has melted. Give the mixture a good stir until it is smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and bang it a few times on the bench to smooth the top. Place in the fridge for two hours to set, before slicing into squares and serving. The fudge is perfect just as it is, but I sometimes like to add a little sprinkle of sea salt flakes over the top. Who can resist that amazing salty-sweet taste?
