3 Ingredient Oreo Fudge
There is something about cookies and cream, combining chocolate and cream just works. That’s what makes this 3 Ingredient Oreo Fudge so great. It starts as a creamy, white chocolate flavoured fudge, and is flavoured with broken up Oreo biscuits. It tastes so good you won’t be able to stop going back for more. The most dangerous thing of all about this fudge is that it’s so easy to make. This recipe only requires 3 ingredients and a microwave; no tricky techniques or candy thermometers here. We used original flavoured Oreos in our fudge, but there are plenty of other Oreo flavours available that would be fun to try, or otherwise try using your favourite biscuit or cookie.
To make the fudge, first line a slice tin with baking paper (this will make the fudge easier to remove once set) and set aside. Next, add the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk to a large, microwave safe mixing bowl and microwave until melted. Give the mixture a good stir until smooth and well combined. Break up the Oreos by hand into small chunks, then gently mix through the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared slice tin and place in the fridge for a few hours to set. Slice into squares and serve.
