If you have Nutella in the cupboard, then you probably have all the ingredients you need to make these Nutella brownies. They contain only 3 ingredients; the Nutella, flour and eggs. Since the Nutella already contains sugar and adds the chocolate flavour, there is really no need to add anything else.
To decorate the brownies for the photo I topped the brownie with broken up white chocolate pieces before baking, but it’s completely optional.
- 1 cup (280g) Nutella
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 eggs
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined slice tin and smooth the top.
Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes or until the top looks cooked, and the centre is still slightly soft.
