3 Ingredient Flour Wraps
Flour wraps are not the cheapest bakery items to buy, yet they are so quick and easy to make. These 3 Ingredient Flour Wraps wraps contain only 3 ingredients, flour, olive oil and water. They are perfect for lunch wraps, used in place of tortillas, and even as pizza bases.
I always make a double batch (12 wraps) of this recipe. The wraps freeze extremely well and it’s always good to have some ready to go. When cooking the wraps, have two frying pans on the go speeds up the process. Once you try this recipe you will never go back to packaged wraps, it’s just too cheap and easy to make your own.
- 250g plain flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 150ml water
Add all 3 ingredients to a large bowl and stir with a fork until the mixture begins to come together. Turn onto a floured surface and knead until the dough is smooth.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Roll out each ball using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
Put a large frying pan on a medium heat and cook each wrap for around 1 minute on each side, or until the wrap begins to bubble.
Serve the wraps warm, or freeze in an airtight container.
