This 2 Ingredient Strawberry Yoghurt Whip would have to be one of the easiest dessert recipes around. As the name suggests, it contains only 2 ingredient; strawberry jelly crystals and Greek yoghurt. Of course you don’t have to use strawberry jelly, feel free to use any jelly flavour you like. You could even get creative and use 2 different flavoured jellies. Mix half of the Greek yoghurt with the first jelly flavour and pour the mixture into your serving glasses, putting in the fridge to begin setting while you make the second layer. Make up the second flavour with the remaining half of yoghurt, the divide between serving glasses, pouring over the first layer.
Putting together this strawberry whip is as simple as it gets. Place both the Greek yoghurt and jelly crystals in the bowl of a stand mixer, and beat until the jelly crystals have dissolved. Pour the mixture into serving glasses, then put in the fridge until set, which will take around 6 hours. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
- 900g Greek yoghurt
- 2 x 95g packets strawberry jelly
Place both the yoghurt and jelly crystals in a stand mixer and mix until the jelly crystals have dissolved.
Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for 6 hours or until set.
