Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream now in Australia
There has been no shortage of sweets (and some savouries) turned into ice cream lately, from Iced Vovo’s to Mint Slice and even Jatz Crackers. Now we another to add to the list with the arrival of Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream in Australia. It’s available in the UK for years, but now those over-the-top sweet, ever popular Easter eggs are in the form of an ice cream are available right here in Australia.
There had been a petition created on Facebook to bring the ice cream to Australia, and it seems like they have helped do just that. Cadbury commented on their Facebook page that Bulla are the distributers for the Creme Egg ice cream, and that they currently have IGA and Woolworths onboard as buyers.
There have been reports of the ice cream being stocked in IGA stores and some Woolworths stores, so it looks like it will soon be available in Woolworths stores right around the country. Ritchies in Victoria also have the ice cream in stock.
You might be wondering exactly how the ice cream is flavoured to taste like a Creme Egg? The ice cream is filled with Cadbury milk chocolate chips, and mixed with a Cadbury Creme Egg flavoured sauce.
